As we reach the end of 2011, let’s pause to reflect on the past year and what we’re grateful for in our lives. Instead of thinking about what you didn’t accomplish or your perceived failures, think about what you learned from your mistakes to make you stronger in the future, and how you can turn failure into success in 2012.
